Your items are automatically listed across top resale marketplaces—no need to manage accounts or message buyers yourself.

When there’s an interested buyer, you’ll get a text from Hoop with the offer details. You can accept, decline, or counter right from the text.

You’re never obligated to sell—you only sell when you accept an offer.

Hoop takes a 10% service fee from each sale, in addition to any external marketplace fees.

For every offer you receive, you’ll see a clear breakdown of all fees and your final earnings before you decide to accept.

When you accept an offer, Hoop sends you a pre-paid shipping label—you can either print it at home or scan the QR code at any USPS location to print the label.

Package your item securely using your own mailer or box, and drop it off at USPS within 5 business days of accepting the offer.

You’ll receive your sale earnings via Venmo or Zelle within 3 days after the item is delivered to the buyer.

This short window gives buyers time to confirm the item’s condition before payment is released.

Yes! Just upload a photo of the item—Hoop uses image recognition to identify it and auto-generate a listing for you. Your personal photos are never shared and only used for item identification.

Our photo upload flow currently supports a limited set of premium brands as we continue improving our image recognition.
