Lock in the resale value of items in your cart when shopping at Hoop's partner brands. When you're ready for something new, we've got you covered. List your item in very good condition on Hoop and redeem your resale guarantee when it sells.
You can opt-in to Hoop for free on partner brand sites on the Product Page or the Cart Page. After checking out, you will receive an email to set up your account on Hoop and list an item for sale.
Items are listed for sale and you will be paid your guaranteed resale value no longer than 6 months from item listing date.
To be eligible for the full guaranteed resale value, items must be in very good condition without holes, pilings, discolorations, or odor.
There is no commitment to selling in the future if you opt into Hoop. You have up to a year to decide if you want to keep it, or resell it!
You will receive an email with the shipping label once your item sells. Please package your item and drop it off USPS within 7 days of the item being sold.
To get paid, please link your bank account via Plaid from your settings page. Once an item is delivered, the earnings will be delivered to your linked checking account within 3-5 business days.
